OKAY, GUYS.
SO, if your character is declined from the RP...
I (meaning me!) will send you a PM stating so, and I'll give you three options...
- Re-do your character entirely.
- Apply as a different character.
- Leave.

That means you DO have a second chance, but only a second one! If your application is declined again, I'm leaving you to consult with Forum God!Kuro, and she's incredibly unforgiving. :D

You're also welcome to ask why your app was declined.
